Established in January 2000, Prelude Development builds residential properties for upper-income individuals.  Properties developed by the company feature high-end amenities and quality workmanship at a price equal to or slightly higher than the market.  Prelude Development sees possibilities for even greater sales and profitability by developing larger mixed-use properties.  To accomplish that goal, the company seeks outside capital from a combination of venture and individual investors.  Prelude has established In Limine, LLC, a private placement entity which accepts investment capital in $25,000 increments to be applied to various real estate projects at the investor’s discretion.
