Kim McGann

 Vice- President Public & Investor Relations

Kim serves as Vice President of Public and Investor Relations.  Kim is responsible for promoting, marketing and sales for Prelude Development.  She is also investor liason for In Limine LLC, a real estate investment syndicate.  Kim coordinates venture capital and equity assistance for various developers.  Kim is an active member in the Lakeview East, Lincoln Square and Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce.  Kim has been a Chicagoan all her life.  Currently,  she is pursuing her Illinois Real Estate License.
