Keith Chadwick

Keith A. Chadwick is a practicing attorney with a downtown Chicago law firm. He has been licensed to practice law since 1989 in the State of Illinois, US District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, and is a member of the Federal Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois.
In the early years of his practice, after graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law, were devoted to hospital litigation. Keith now concentrates on commercial litigation for a firm that presents various financial institutions and lenders working on loan
originations which range from real estate and construction loans to asset based commercial loans. Services in this area range form loan documentation and closings, loan modifications and litigation which may arise from a
default situation. The transactions include all types of real estate ranging from
multi-family, industrial and retail.
Keith is married, has four children and currently resides in the southwest
suburbs of Chicago.
