Project Manager, Sales Associate

Jennifer is responsible for market research with a focus on current trends in new construction and rehab properties.  Jennifer tracks market price point trends, amenity offerings as standard or as extras, demographics, community quality, etc.  Each week, Jennifer monitors and forecasts the state of the real estate market and advises Prelude Development of trends as Prelude predicts the appropriate locations, products and price points for projects currently in the idea stage and not ready to be delivered for up to two years.

Jennifer is the mother of three boys and a daughter and
currently resides in the southwest suburbs.  She is a graduate of the
University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelors degree in Political
Science, as well as a graduate of the University of Illinois-Chicago
with a Masters in Elementary Education.  Jennifer also has her Illinois Real
Estate Salespersons license.
