    Mr. Wojcicki serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Prelude Development, Inc. and is a Member of In Limine – an investment alternative.  In Limine is Latin for “at the threshold” – because Prelude is at the threshold of great ideas.  Chris focuses on procuring equity, coordinating financing, and acquiring development and investment properties on behalf of Prelude and In Limine.  Chris oversees the day-to-day operations of both entities.

Prelude Development, Inc. specializes in new construction of mixed-use residential-retail properties, but produces pure retail and residential properties as well.  Prelude Development, Inc. is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders.

Chris is also a partner, since 1989, in the accounting firm of Rozovics & Wojcicki PC. His skills cover financial reporting, tax preparation and business  development consulting.  Chris specializes in accounting and legal services for  small to mid-sized businesses in the real estate industry.

Chris received his Bachelors in Accounting from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  In 2002 Chris earned a Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago and will soon complete his LL.M. in Real Estate law (a legal Master degree).  He holds an Illinois real estate salespersons license and is currently pursuing his Illinois brokers license.

Memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, Illinois CPA Society, American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Homebuilders, and the Union League Club of Chicago.

Chris has participated in a management capacity in numerous new construction residential and mixed-use developments ranging from $400,000 to $70 million, including preparation of the business plans, raising equity, procuring financing, and coordinating sales and leasing.
