Potential Projects (Under Investigation)

The Prelude Development Group has teamed up with fellow developer Michael Nemlich from JanMarRealty with the intention to invest in buy and hold properties located in various cities including: Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Philadelphia, and Naples, Florida. While our area of interest lies mostly within mixed use developments, we are also greatly considering investments of retail strip centers.  Currently, we are in the process of modeling business plans and collecting investor's money in an effort to purchase a mixed use property in downtown Winnetka, IL, and a retail strip center in Beloit, WI.
