Kristy Alderson

REALTOR and Director of Commercial Leasing

Kristy, who is a graduate of Miami University, comes with experience in several aspects of the real estate industry, including development, marketing, and residential leasing. After gaining extensive knowledge in residential leasing, she moved on to pursue a career in commercial real estate by joining the Prelude Development team, where she is now the Director of Commercial Leasing and a REALTOR. Her focus lies primarily within the areas of analysis in regards to buy and hold properties, the procurement of tenants, marketing, and the Prelude Development Group's REIT, which is called Inlimine.
